The tour jump-off point is at their Pavilion facility overlooking Eight Mile Lake, at Mile 7.5 Stampede Trail. From there, the Denali tundra and taiga environments are explored as guests drive or ride their ATVs- including Argo Frontier 580 amphibious ATVs, Kawasaki Tyrex side-by-side ATV, or the single rider Polaris Ace ATV- westward along the historic Stampede Trail, for miles beyond where the gravel ends.
These wild Alaska lands are surrounded by Denali National Park. Photo-ops of Denali itself are plentiful, weather permitting, and there is always the potential for wildlife sightings.
Every tour is fully equipped with safety equipment including satellite phones, first aid gear, and wild animal deterrent. They also provide binoculars and tripod mounted spotting scopes to enhance guests' wilderness viewing experiences. The tour returns to our ridge-top Pavilion for a snack. Amenities there include an elevated Lexan® enclosed viewing gallery with a stunning 360o view, 50,000btu stone fire pit, off-the-grid cook shack offering hot & cold beverages, and a National Park quality restroom. This site provides a spectacular and comfortable place for guests to land & relax after their ATV adventure.
