We offer the lowest prices on Denali-based tours available anywhere!

It's cheaper to book with us than directly with the provider!

Fly-fishing tours are personalized and fully outfitted excursions into Broad pass between the Alaska Range and the Talkeetna Mountain Ranges. Trip opportunities include 4.5 hour, 6 hour, 8.5 hour (full day), and multi day trips using lightweight fly gear. The most common fish is the Arctic Grayling. All trips, except float fishing trips, are on foot on small mountain streams offering a true wilderness experience within sight of Denali.

Beginners are welcome and will get a full fly casting lesson as well as an introduction to the basics of fly selection, catch and release techniques, and reading water.

Trips include round trip transportation from the hostel.

Half Day Trip (6 Hours) - Custom Excursion

This trip has been designed by our guides to give our guests more time to access Alaska's pristine and phenomenal clear-water streams, creeks, and rivers in search of our native Arctic Grayling. This trip has been lengthened to allow additional travel time for our guides and anglers to be able to explore water further away from our home base and to gain access to less crowded areas. There are numerous options for locations to fish and you guide will make the call as to where you go based on their intimate knowledge of the surrounding area, the weather and water conditions, and fish activity. Smaller groups with just 2-3 guests per guide allows them to pick and choose the very best spots on the river for your day on the water.

What to bring:

Rain gear if you prefer your own. Rubber jackets are available. Layers like sweaters, extra socks, a hat with a brim or a hat that will cover your ears depending on the season or weather at the time of your visit. Polarized sunglasses are helpful even on cloudy days. You should also plan to bring a water bottle and any food or snacks you may want to have while you are on your excursion.

These critters not only feed our fish, but can feed on us as well. Bugs can be annoying at times, so they recommend that you bring a favorite repellant along for your trip. They will have plenty on hand to use and encourage its liberal application.

In the regrettable event the tour operator cancels, you will receive a full refund. They reserve the right to alter trip itineraries due to weather conditions, high water levels and other safety considerations. A 48-hour advance notice is required by our guests to receive a refund. They charge 50% of the total price if you cancel with less than 48-hours notice.
