Your off road vehicle is a special Polaris Ranger geared with seatbelts, a windshield, and cover similar to a small open air Jeep but still with the exciting flair of an ATV. You will be navigating the back country trails and each destination will get you closer to finding a rustic pavilion in the woods where a full service camp style meal is served to satisfy any adventurer’s appetite!
Come hungry and leave satisfied! Our, all you can eat, lumberjack breakfast offers fresh baked biscuits and gravy, thick cut bacon, reindeer sausage, fresh fruit, home style flapjacks, fresh scrambled eggs and more. For our afternoon and evening tours, sink your teeth into mouth watering ribs, chicken, steak, salmon fresh from the coastal waters of Alaska, baked beans, and potato salad. Plus, be sure to satisfy your sweet tooth with our delicious cobbler for dessert. Adult beverages are provides as well as juice, coffee, tea and hot chocolate.
Feel exhilarated while working together to find hidden views, secret sights, quartz and granite rocks, coal and much more! Leave a treasure in the geocache and pick one out for yourself to take home!
This experience takes you back on old mining trails and spills you out onto the Dry Creek River Bed where Athabascan Indian artifacts have been found in archaeological digs! You will have a great adventure strategizing, planning, thinking and just having some down home fun while traveling past local vegetation, looking for real Alaskan Wildlife, soaking in the breathtaking mountain scenery, learning some of the local history and Alaskan Culture, and exploring the geography. Your trek takes you high up on Black Diamond Peak where you can view the entire Healy Valley. Photo opportunities abound and you have a great chance of viewing wildlife while you travel through their natural habitat.
